1 cup frozen Blueberries
½ cup frozen Pineapple
½ cup Kale
1 Almond Ball (see below for recipe)
1 Date pitted
12 oz Coconut Milk
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or other high-powered blender.
Almond Butter Ball
1 cup of soaked almonds *see note
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 Date pitted
Pinch of Kosher or Pink Salt
This should make about 3 to 4 almond balls
* Note soak almonds for up to 3 hours then strain
Place all the ingredients in a food processor. As the mixture begins to stick to the sides take spatula to incorporate it back in so everything process evenly. With a small cookie scoop form balls and store and freeze prior to making smoothie.
