Make a Return
Hummingbird Straws are a drinking product, we only accept returns of unused items, or items with a manufacturing defect.
You may only return Hummingbird Straws direct to us if they were purchased online at hummingbirdstraws.com. If you are wanting to return a straw that was not purchased directly from us online, it will need to be returned to the reseller you originally purchased from.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The best way to exchange your item is to return it for a refund and then place a new order for the style that you want.
We can only refund items that arrive in unused condition within 30 days of your order date, for example:
- the item is in its original packaging; and
- the item is unused and as received
A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Hummingbird Straws and may only be eligible for store credit.
The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping for all returns due to change of mind.
