I end up craving this smoothie pretty much any time of the day: breakfast, after a work out, or in that mid-afternoon SLUMP. Strawberry and banana is such a classic combo, but adding a ginger surprise here spices things up while the almond milk boosts the flavor profiles! Bump the slump with this new take on an old favorite ;)
Ingredients:
• 6oz frozen strawberries
• 5oz frozen banana
• ½ tablespoon fresh ginger
• 3 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tbsp hemp protein
• 1 to 2 dates (pitted)
• 12oz almond milk
• 1 Classic Clear bent glass straw
Method:
Process all ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour into a tall glass, and finish with a glass straw!
