This juice is definitely a new favorite! It’s light, refreshing, and packed with green goodness. This sippable delight is also naturally sweet; the pineapple and mint pair nicely to keep me from craving artificial sugars!
Ingredients:
• 1 head romaine lettuce
• 1 large bunch of celery
• 2 cups pineapple
• 2 large cucumbers
• 1 lime
• 2 sprigs of fresh mint
• 1 Kiwi Bent Glass Drinking Straw
Method:
Pick the leaves off the mint stems and place in a high speed blender. Add enough water to cover leaves. Blend on high for 1 minute. Strain and then set aside.
Process the rest of the ingredients in your juicer. Strain, add the mint blend, and serve with your matching glass straw!
